Disaster Relief

NC Baptists on Mission...

Men and women of Robinhood Road Baptist Church participate in many disaster relief efforts in conjunction with the NC Baptist Men Disaster Relief ministry, which is one of the many ministries of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina.

Our church volunteers are part of this larger ministry that quickly responds to lessen the needs of hurting people caused by disaster. Disaster has many faces: hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, and other man-made and natural occurences. Our group of volunteers is dedicated to act immediately and effectively--just as Jesus did--to help people.

The disaster relief ministry provides organization, equipment, and strategy for committed volunteers to help affected individuals and families rebuild their lives and homes when disaster strikes. Help comes in the form of providing meals, cleaning up destroyed areas, repairing homes, recovery, medical and child care, and many other services.
