Jason East, Pastor
Rev. Jason East has faithfully served at Robinhood Road Baptist Church for the past 18 years as Minister to Families and now serves as Lead Pastor. With a deep love for the local church and a passion for shepherding people of all ages, Jason is committed to preaching God’s Word faithfully, building authentic relationships, and leading the church toward unity, discipleship, and missional living.
Jason earned his Master of Divinity from Gardner-Webb University and has dedicated his ministry to helping individuals and families grow in their relationship with Christ. He has been married to his lovely wife, Melanie, for 21 years, and together they are blessed with four children: their daughter Natalee and triplet sons Caleb, Colby, and Nathan.
Whether in the pulpit, in the community, or simply sharing life with others, Pastor Jason’s heart is to point people to Christ and help them grow in faith and spiritual maturity.
Gabriel Frazier, Minister to Families
Gabriel Frazier is a graduate of Western Carolina University with a B.S. in Parks and Recreation Management. He is passionate about serving others and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. With a heart for ministry and a commitment to building authentic relationships, Gabriel enjoys encouraging individuals and families through faith, service, and community.
He is dedicated to supporting the mission of the church by pouring into the next generation and leading mission journeys to reach the lost. He considers it a privilege to walk alongside other believers as they grow in faith and looks forward to seeing lives transformed through the power of the Gospel.
He is privileged to do ministry alongside his wife Sophia and daughter Stevie Joy. His desire is to lead his family in a way that reflects Christ, and lead in ministry to bring Glory to God through every aspect of his life.
Michael Brazier, Discipleship Director
Michael is a graduate of Liberty University with a B.S. in Religion with a concentration on Biblical and Theological Studies. Michael comes to RRBC with his lovely wife of ten years, Emily. Michael’s focus has been the growth of the RRBC Sunday school program while also helping in any other areas in which he is needed.
Jerry Moore, Music Director
Jerry Moore has faithfully served Robinhood Road Baptist Church as our worship leader and sanctuary choir director. Jerry is a graduate of Piedmont Bible College and employed throughout the week by Southeastern Freight. Jerry is married to Kay and together they have one son, Ethan. Jerry also has two step-sons: Jeremy and Christopher Long.
Amy Gavin, Preschool Director
Amy Gavin has been serving as Director of our preschool since 2016 school year! I love children and am passionate about providing them with a quality early education! I think the most important thing we can give to each child and family that come through our doors is unconditional love. We have a great school and wonderful teachers that truly love the children. Our goal is to make this Preschool the best it can be and to provide happy memories for your child. If you are looking for a preschool, please come visit. You will like what you see!
Karlee Matherly, Office Manager
Karlee comes to us with over 12 years of administrative experience working in the office of an Oral Surgeon. She joined us in July of 2024 and is excited to be working with the staff and other people here at Robinhood Road Baptist Church. Karlee’s daughter, Kolbi, and husband, Cory, love spending time together as a family, and especially like going to the ball field.
